The Global SAI Seven-Piece Set is a comprehensive collection designed for culinary enthusiasts. It includes a 3.5" paring knife, 5.5" chef knife, 6.5" bread/sandwich knife, 9" bread knife, 7.5" vegetable knife, and an 8" chef knife, all neatly organized in a stainless steel block measuring 12"L x 5.5"W x 12.75"H.

Each knife features a unique construction of two pieces of metal, expertly TIG (tungsten inert gas) welded at the handle. The hollow handles are filled with sand, providing a perfect balance for effortless control.

Crafted from a significantly harder alloy of steel, the knives feature thinner blades sharpened to a steep 15° angle for precision cutting. For optimal maintenance, the manufacturer recommends using whetstones and ceramic sharpening rods, ensuring each blade retains its exceptional sharpness.
