Miyabi Artisan Santoku Knife combines exceptional beauty with expert craftsmanship, featuring an industry-leading micro-carbide SG2 core plated in nickel and stainless steel for outstanding cutting performance. The stunning hammered "Tsuchime" finish not only enhances the knife's visual appeal but also reduces friction for smoother cuts. Each knife is hand-honed in Seki, Japan, using traditional Japanese sharpening techniques, resulting in scalpel-like sharpness that effortlessly glides through food.
