The Kramer Euroline Damascus Collection 3.5-inch Paring Knife, created with Master Bladesmith Bob Kramer, features stainless steel blades crafted to his exacting standards for optimal curves, balance, and utility. Its wide blade design maximizes knuckle clearance, making it ideal for handling larger produce and easily transporting chopped food. Hand-finished by skilled Japanese artisans through a traditional 3-step process, the ice-hardened Cryodur blades, made from SG2 micro-carbide powder steel, offer scalpel-like sharpness and exceptional longevity. Encased in a stunning 100-layer Chevron Damascus pattern, this knife also boasts a beautiful black linen Micarta handle and a signature Bob Kramer mosaic pin for an elegant touch.
