Keep it sharp with this 7-piece self-sharpening knife block set that features an essential set of razor-sharp knives for everyday cutting. Peel fruits and vegetables and create garnishes with the 3-inch paring knife, cleanly slice foods with a hard exterior and soft interior with the 5-inch serrated utility, and chop herbs, dice onions, and mince garlic with the 8-inch chef’s knife.
The self-sharpening technology boasts built-in ceramic honing wheels that automatically sharpen when knives are stored or removed. This set is completed with kitchen shears and is housed in a handsome 15-slot self-sharpening knife block.
Four Star knives are made of proprietary special formula steel that has been perfected for almost 300 years. Combined with Zwilling's signature ice-hardening technique, these FRIODUR blades are harder, sharper, they will not stain or chip, and they retain their sharpness longer. Precision forged from a single piece of steel, the SIGMAFORGE knives have an exceptionally sturdy, balanced, and flexible blade.
