Providing classic beauty and lasting culinary performance, induction-suitable Ruffoni Symphonia Prima brings the highest-quality Italian craftsmanship to this "molto bellissima" line of stainless steel cookware. This hammered stainless steel braiser is designed with a thick aluminum core between layers of mirror-polished stainless steel, offering both truly exceptional heat conduction and luxurious kitchen aesthetics. Gleaming, shapely cast stainless steel handles are dual riveted to the braiser and feature stamped copper signets, as does the mirror-finished stainless steel lid. Induction safe.
